b. Pickup & Delivery
- Customers must be available at scheduled time
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances
5. Pricing & Payments
- Prices are based on garment type and service selected
- Final pricing may vary after inspection
- Payment must be made via:
- UPI / Online payment
- Cash (if applicable)

6. Cancellations & Modifications
- Orders can be cancelled before pickup
- Cancellation after pickup may incur charges
- Changes in order must be communicated promptly
7. Liability & Damage Policy
While we take utmost care:
- TYDY is not liable for:
- Normal wear and tear
- Color fading or shrinkage
- Damage due to weak fabric
Compensation (if applicable):
- Limited to a maximum of 5–10 times the service charge of that item
- No compensation without valid proof of claim
8. Lost Items
- Any missing item must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Claims after this period may not be accepted
9. Turnaround Time
- Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated
- Delays may occur due to:
- Weather
- Operational issues
- High demand
10. Prohibited Items
Customers must not submit:
- Cash, jewelry, or valuables
- Hazardous or flammable materials
TYDY is not responsible for loss of such items.
